Default Ball linkage question..

Hey gang

is it ok to mount ball linkage on the bottom of a servo arm instead of the top of the servo arm.... I am using 4-40 duro ball linkage and in order to get more of a straight shot to my ailerons it lines up better with them mounted on the bottom... Hope this makes sense..

Thanks..

I would think that as long as it doesn't hit the servo body and limit the travel it would be just fine. The straighter the linkage the better I think.

Bad

Thanks for the reply. It does not hit the servo body or anything, and it does make the link that much straighter...

Straighter is better for ball lengths so, if it doesn't hit the servo body at the extreme positions, I would go for it.
