I was wondering if anyone knew of any fight packs that included lightweight/mirco(i.e. <8g) servos, or brands that offer this.

Something similar to this by hitech:

Also, where are these packs avalible, websites etc?

Horizon, tower, servo city, Hobby Horse. My LHS will even assemble flight packs and sell them to you at A cheaper price. Sometimes they don't advertise all there packs so you have to do some searching and sometimes make some phone calls.
