If it's a company I've never ordered from before I call them first. If it sounds like some fly by night running out of a basement of somebody's house I pass. I've learned my lesson on those.

RE: viper hobbies
well you all know some people are not very smart until they learn a lesson, that person is me .finally I got a hold of viper hobbies by a phone call they said i will get a refund because of not having the plane and coencidently they sent me an e-mail to.I checked my cc, the charge has not had time to go thourgh yet but it is supposed to be refunded they say. I would like to say that if anyone is considering ordering anything from viper hobbies from mesa, arizona good luck because I will never recommend anyone to buy anything from VIPER HOBBIES, IT IS LIKE PULLING TEETH TRYING TO HAVE CORRESPONDENCE from this company and needless to say i will not buy anything either from that company. In all respects please do not waste your time or money. I thank every one of you people for your ideas and suggestions. thank you James

James,
Don't feel bad, most of us learned the hard way too. Now I call the company first, ask my flying buddys about the company and do some research on RCU before making a major purchase from a new company. I try to stick with the "tried and true" distributors for dependability and customer service before and after the sell.
Thanks for the heads up about this company. Maybe your post will save someone else some grief.
