Default Digital servos?

What are the pro's and con's of digital servos, apart from their price?

I am building a turbine trainer (my first turbine model) and am contemplating using them as they seem to be the servo of choice of a lot of jet flyer's.

On a high dollar plane like that, the choice should be easy. Digital's are better at holding an accurate setting by virtue of their high starting torque. The downside is the extra power needed to accomplish this.

The cost difference doesn't seem to be to great for the higher end servos. As cheap as I am, I bought some.
