Default is it low temp cover?

I have a box of assorted covering that was given to me. I need low temp for a foam speedwing im building. Is there a way to tell if its low temp covering other than the obvios like testing it to see if i can get it to stick without melting the foam. About what setting do most irons use for foam? Thanks

Default RE: is it low temp cover?

Tony,

It's been a while since I used low temp, but I remember that I never had to set my iron above 200 degrees. Higher temp covering will take about 250. Try 175 to 200. If is doesn't work, it's high temp.

Paul
