I've heard that you can trace orders with Tower and Horizon. Is this true? If so how do you do it. Because I just ordered an Ultra Stick from Horizon and equipment for it from Tower and I'd like to know when they would probably come.

Tower will email you a shipping confirmation that will have an estimated delivery date and if memory serves me correct, a tracking number. As for Horizon I am not sure. Good Luck Dave

On the Tower site, click on "my account", sign in then click "order history". You'll be able to see the order status and a tracking number if it has been shipped.

Horizon is similar but not organized quite as well or as user-friendly in my opinion.

Thanks, I forgot to say that my orders are snail mail if that makes it any different.

thanks, I tried Tower and it worked now i'm going to try Horizon.

Tower's system works quite well. I've been tracking my Midwest Stearman kit all weekend. It should be there when I get home.

It sure is hard to wait huh. Mine should be here next weekend and it seems like its been a month but its only been a few days.

I tried Horizon and it didn't work. It said I've never ordered anything.[sm=confused.gif]
