I covered the wing of an 80 " arrowbile with stiks-it and polyester and then gave it three coats of of WBPC & baby powder. I just can't get the covering super tight over the open bays of the top wing. I was thinking of using a coat of Nitrate dope over the open bays to tighten the material up. The compatibility chart shows the two chemicals should work ok. What do you experts think...Thanks Mike

I do not think it will work. The WBPC has already filled the weave and will not allow the fabric to shrink any further. You can try it and see. If it works, let us know.

I dont think it will do anything because it will be on the outside not in the weave. Build a test panel and try, and i would try to shrink it with an iron or heat gun too.

I'll give those two a try, I guess if worst comes to worst I can cut the to sections out an inlay two new pieces of Coverall and do a blending of the patch pieces .Because I sure don' want to remove all the covering , it is stuck like cement and it'll pull wood off no matter how much heat you use...Thanks Mike
Here is a picture of what it looked like last year where I left off..
As you can see I like large planes but no space........
