Anyone know a good way to undo some joints that were glued with CA?

Possible??

Acetone will soften up CA. Hope that works in your application.

Most CA manufactures sell a debonding agent that works better than acetone a bit more costly though.

I also found almost by accident that MonoKote solvent works well for removing CA from covering but have not tried it for debonding.
