Default RETRACT QUESTION ....

Recently I came across an all electric retract system. It seems that they make several sizes. The ones I am most interested in are made for planes weighing less than 4 lbs. In fact they have a mounting bracket so they can be installed in foam wings. They are called DSR-30. The DSR stands for Digital Servoless Retract. Has anyone bought and tried these retracts? If so ... how did they work? what were the pitfalls? ... and most importantly ... would you buy them again? Thanks for your help!

These have a very bad reputation. I bought the 46 size and the controller literaly started smoking the first time I tested them. There are a few threads on rcgroups.com about these. Worth looking up if your are considering buying these.
