Default Supertiger engine in a cowl

I have a supertiger 75 that I want to place in a cowled engine. I am not sure how you put an extension on the high speed needle valve so that you can adjust it. My os and TT engines have a place to put a wire and run it out of the cowl. Any suggestion would be great thanks.

Grind it flat and then put a slot in it for a screw driver. Or heat shrink an extension to the end of it. A small dowell maybe.

I have drilled/tapped and put smal/short internal wrenching screws/bolts in the n/v then drilled a small hole in the cowl so it could be reached with a ball driver from the outside.
