I have a Hangar-9 pulse 60. A while ago during my last flight, my friend accidentally kicked the plane when he tripped over the antenna wire while helping by pushing the plane to the truck. Anyways, After inspection, a found a broken piece of wood. The piece is still pretty solid, and the break is only really noticeable if you know where to look and twist the piece. I was wondering, would it be strong enough for basic flying? If not, how could I go about repairing it? I would replace it, but Everywhere is sold out of the part, even Horizon is out.
Thanks.
Thanks.

If it is not a high stress component I have taken a straight pin & punches several holes in the covering over the break & put several drops of fast CA in the holes . Often times that makes it stronger than before the break. Good luck , MAX H.

Ok thanks. I just patched it up, turns out it broke at a joint. Its not pretty, but it should work. I a not set up for covering so I dad to improvise with a clothes iron and a old shirt.

The landing gear came off of my Pulse 60 and cause both sides of the horizontal flight surfaces to brake. It broke the leading edges on
both sides and the trailing edges of several places. I stripped it off all covering and bought replacement material, cut it apart and rebuilt
it like it was new. I've got the pieces glued together and should start recovering and gluing the elevator halves back on with Robart hinges.
