I noticed a row of "Icons" on the bottom left of each Thread reply.

"E-mail," "PM," "address," "Photo," etc.

Mine doesn't have the "E-mail" or "PM" showing. I've tried to change things but nothing I do brings them up.

Suggestions?

That's because you can't PM or email yourself - But I see them on your post

Don't know abnout Pm but I have e-mailed myself many times in order to check what I am sending to others prior to sending.

You cannot e-mail or PM yourself from an thread that you are participating in and viewing.
