Before I buy the plane first, does anyone know how well the funstar would hold up with a Saito 100? I want absolute power but I don't want to shred the plane while performing.

Do you plan on blasting your funstar into space or something???? a saito 100 is way out of the question, iv got a saito 72 in my funtana which weighs about 2 times heavyer than the funstar and pulls my funtana straight up out of a hover, an O.S. .46 fx is even a little bit to powerful, but in this case since its a 3D plane that WILL BE PERFECT, OR A SAITO .52 which is almost equivalent

Before I lost mine to stupidity, I had a OS 46LA on it. Not unlimited or anything, but it flew pretty well. I'd say a 46FX would rock it out. Saito 100 is way too much and you'd be adding lots of wieght(to the nose and the tail). If you want four stroke try the FA56 or FA72.
