Hi
I have been using a Hitec optic 6 radio for about trhree years now with no problems but late this fall I ran into a small problem with one of my digital trim pots for my throttle trim it seems to be sticking a lot. it seems like I have to play with it a lot to get it to work. I opened up the tx to see if something was loose and all is ok but still no trim's on the throttle all the other trim's are ok I even checked the digital buttons on the board and they seem to be ok hence when i push on them they do click but they do not add or subtract any trim.
Is it posable that they could be just simply warn out. I don't want to have to get a new radio it has been a good system up until now and I am upgrading it to 2.4ghz
Any info would be a great help
Thanks .

Thanks any way people
I have found the problem I re-soldered the point connections on the back of the board where the trim pot's are and put the radio back together and then did a rx check all is working good now.
I am guess that the connection's got a little loose at the solder point some how any way no harm done and no loss of any aircraft was just a trim problem for the throttle.
