Default Pneumatic Retracts Solution

After having been unsuccessful in pushing the air lines on the various fittings without some kind of lube, which is evidently not a good idea. I drafted "the boy" (Seventeen years old, 6'2" 195 lbs football player) he made this look ridiculously simple. Guess I'm just gettin' old and weak. I haven't checked the integrity of the system yet but I'm hoping the problem is solved. I'll post back when I know.

Mike, first time I install a set that is 100% bubble free will be the first time. I mentioned that I air them up to 100 pounds then cycle them the next day to see how well they are holding. My thinking is if they will work after 24 hours of doing nothing then they will work OK at the field. So far so good!!

I presume you are having trouble forcing the tubing over the ends. If so

Boil kettle

find gardening gloves

dunk end of tube in boiling water for a few seconds it will now be softer and stretchier

push on over end [wearing gloves] I find the water to be enough lubrication

I've used a hair dryer to soften up the ends of the tubing, the tubing slips over the "nipples" easier.
