Hi, I just bought this airplane and maybe some of you experts knows who makes it! it is a Extra 300S.... I noticed that probably in earlier days the owner changed the monokote, so the one you see in the fallowing pictures might not be the original one.... Anyhow.... they sold it to me without the canopy which I am planning to find one.... but on the process of finding more info about this plane.... I just dont know who makes it... I noticed similar models made by great planes (http://www.advantagehobby.com/<wbr></wbr>product.php?productid=34419&<wbr></wbr>cat=165), Aerospace (http://www.nitroplanes.com/<wbr></wbr>extra300s40.html), Seagull (http://www.horizonhobby.com/<wbr></wbr>Products/Default.aspx?ProdID=<wbr></wbr>SEA2025).... But trully I am not even sure if it is one of those or something else....

Any information will be trully appreciated!!! And if by any chance! any of you have an extra canopy that you dont longer need let me know as well!

It might! Landing gear is different, phoenix version has is straight while the model I bought has rounded... but once again.... I dont really know if at some point the landing gear was switched from the original or maybe it is still the one that came with it when it was made....

Cowl and rudder have the same paint and monocoat trim as the GP 40 Extra ARF. Fus and wings must have been recovered. I went on Tower and did not see the ARF, but look at the picture of the kit and you will see the similarities. Enjoy, mine flew, yes past tense, really well.
