KUDOS..! SONIC TRONICS Mnftnrng
I post in this FORUM for lack of a more adequate one, but need to REPORT incredible service received from SONIC TRONICS.
Have used a POWER PANEL and MarkX fuel pump for more than 10 years. When this combo quit working I sent them in to SONIC TRONICS for repair. They responded that the PowerPanel is no longer produced, but they would ATTEMPT to repair it, since it was already at their location.
When two months passed, I have received a NEW PUMP, and the POWER PANEL REPAIRED, """""AT NO CHARGE""""" to apologize for the excessive time taken in returning the items.
I WANT THE RC WORLD TO KNOW.......what kind of SERVICE SONIC TRONICS is giving the RC customers.
