Myself and others are subscribed to a posted topic,the "Nosen Cessna 310 Club"
and in the past an e-mail was sent when someone posted to that topic, now it no
longer happens, what do we have to do to make that happen again or has it gone
away forever?

It is possible somebody has a bad email and subscribed to it and the email routine is choking.  we will check it out

Why not just post a response in the thread and recheck the box to get e-mails when someone replies?

That does not work with that particular thread. That is the problem! If you subscribe to the thread it does not notify of any posted messages. If you post to the thread and check the box to notify of responses that does not happen either.
That is why we are asking how to get it fixed so that it does notify again.

Several threads I subscribe to sometimes do not give me email alerts also. I could get an alert and then nothing for a few weeks. When I check the thread, I sometimes see an entire page of new posts. This problem is not confined to just one member.
