Pull-Pull controls - Bellcrank material question

I use fishing line as a tow line..use swivels for the ends of the lines at tne releases......just two loops connected by a swivel. Put one loop on the bell crank the other tie the line on..with a hook not.
Hope this works out.
The swivels are made of brass, I think, so no problem with them breaking at the bell crank.
You'll have to get the correct size as they come in different lengths and thicknesses.
Just go to your local bait and tackle or wall mart.

Pull-Pull controls - Bellcrank material question

Tom,
Wonderful thinking; I love it when two "leisurely pursuits" cross-over, producing a mutual benefit.

Cafeenman,
Check out the swivels and other "terminal hardware" made by the Mfg. Sampo. Great stuff. May not be the best out there now, but they are the best that I know of.

Specifically, look for the ball-bearing type with the large radius clip end and with the welded ring....much better than the standard split ring imo. At little more $, but worth it....4 out of 5 King Salmon surveyed said they do not want anybody to know this.

Well... at least I discovered a use for my old "retired" arrowshafts.

Pull-Pull controls - Bellcrank material question

Actually I'm going to forego the entire thing and hook up straight to the servos. I've put the servos inline rather than side by side. That will save the weight of all the bellcrank mounts as well as the pushrods from the servos to the bellcrank. It just means I have to get creative with the servo mounts.

Thanks for everyone's help though. :)
