Mike,
I have tried both 22x8 and 23x8. I personally like the 22x8 better for both IMAC and 3D. 23x8 however is also a good choice mostly for 3D. Again I really like the 22x8 on my plane. As far as prop, I think NX, Menz, Bolly and Mejlik are very good props.
