Consider the weight of the Fuji motor.. if it's close to the same weight as a DA 50, then it
should work. Is the horsepower rating the same, or less? More? These planes are not
designed to have weight added to them in order to balance. It is much better to balance
with what equipment is required. Rudder servo and battery locations are optional for
balancing.
I suggest you read thoroghly, the build threads here on this forum to gain further knowledge
of giant scale flying, in particular, the Yak 85.

The QQ Yak 85" needs all the batteries and the ignition inside the cowl to balance, so if the Fuji is heavy it may cancell this out and give you the opertunaty to move the batteries around.

Note this is the QQ 85" not the new 86" which has a longer nose and is lighter.

Actually planes are sold out already! If you didn't have your name on the list you may want to do so ASAP to have a chance of getting one should some of the guys ahead of you fall through.
