Default QQ Yak 69" former in pull-pull cable slot

Do you need to cut the former in the rudder pull-pull slot? Will this weaken the fuse it it is cut? The instruction manual is not clear about this, among other things, and could do with improvements

That slot is for you to pass the cable through. You should not need to cut the former.

The question is will the cable rub with the former? I have not routed my cable yet, but should the cable be in front of the former or behind it?

Cable should be in the slot not behind the former. Cable is coated should not be a problem!

The former is roughly in the middle of the slot. How did you route your cable, in front or behind the former (in the slot of course)?

So, that means going through slot A in the pic. Can any Yak 69" owner confirm this? This should have been included in the manual. Thx
