I'm planning to scale plan shared by GaryV to a very small size chute (span around 30 cm) for a very lightweight diver (less than 100 g, goal 30 g) to be lifted by a small size plane, heli or quad.

His son Tobias Rogg jump with this kind of jumpers and chutes ( his father developed and created this jumpers+chute) and he jumps in the top of Germany.

Yes we have the national competion rules here but it's only in Dutch or Germans.
