XT2 is a basher plain and simple. There is not enough factory support/development behind it to make is comparable to a SC8 or most other name brand buggies/trucks.
60MPH+ maybe downhill in a hurricane.
What do you plane on doing with it? Race?

im lookin to put it under tons of abuse and trips to the track. my savage just cant do what these two can do in a track.

For racing get the SC8 and learn to drive smoothly. You will go a lot faster than everyone else if your smooth rather than abusive. I could lap a guy who is slamming his truck all over the place just by driving fast but smooth.
