Default pull cord locked on my Red cat Buggy

So I was driving my red cat buggy and all of a sudden it shut off. I went to start it up and I COULD NOT PULL OUT THE CORD. IT WAS COMPLETELY JAMMED! I thopught that it might have gotten flooded but when i took out plug, it still wouldnt pull out. It is frozen! Please help. What does this mean? I broke in engine as specified. Thanks RC Nitro Newbie! John

hard to tell.
if it were me, i would take the engine out and disassemble for inspection .
i'm sure you'll find the problem
if nothing else, remove the pull start and see if the engine will turn.

Can you turn the clutch wheel with your hands/pliers? Could be a few minor things or it could have broken the rod.

It's pretty rare but it could be something as simple as a siezed one way bearing. I've seen it happen.
