If your LHS stock all the or most of the parts needed for it then it should be a good choice if you are a fan of the buggy. If they don't stock the majority of the parts then you have to consider if online ordering and waiting is for you or not.

Make and post a table comparing; price, bundled kit parts list, critical area parts design eg. alum bearing hubs., weight, dimensions internally and externally, and pictures of body on and body off chassis. Let us sit back look at it all with you and perhaps come to a conclusion.

RE: ofna ultra lx2 1/8 scale nitro buggy
The ofna ultra lx2 looks like a stronger buggy and that ProLine Bulldog body has me a little biased.
And that price is pretty sick! I personally hate Nitro a ton of noise for very little bite vs a high powered brushless setup. But that lx2 looks like a good deal for bashing and racing where the Losi imo looks more like a straight racer bc of it's fragile build but not big enough for racing either so it is kinda no mans land.
