im confused, whats the difference between the hobao hyper 7, and the ofna hyper 7.5, im wanting a hyper 7, but i see a 7.5 for sale, is the 7.5 better? is it the same comapny or something?

OFNA models are made by one of two companies, either Hobao or Hong Nor. The OFNA name only exists in the US. In the rest of the world, we know them as 2 separate companies.

The Hyper 7 and 7.5 are indeed both by Hobao (as are all the Hyper models). The 7.5 had a few updates to make it a bit lighter and track-worthy, but nothing significant. Between a second hand Hyper 7.5 and a brand new Hyper 7, I'll take the Hyper 7 thanks.
