Does anyone use any of their parts? I ordered a few today. I wanted to call them and inquire about specs (weight, hardware, etc.) but their phone number is not listed on their website.
Thanks

You know those 'What I've learned...' threads you make?
How come you haven't learned yet that support from any company that turns over less than X hundred thousand dollars per year is totally non-existant?
Seriously, they don't want to talk to you.
I've used a number of their OFNA parts. They are an 'average' parts maker. They occasionally release a part that's not fit for purpose or with poor fitment, but 'most' of their stuff does what it says on the tin. I've often foudn it helpful to look at amainhobbies reviews of their stuff. Just find the item and hit reviews if there are any. This saved me the pain of ordering a servo saver for my SCRT10 that had too steep an angle and was therefore akin to not having a servo saver at all. In any case, they aren't fly-by-night, China warehouse, no-name hopups, they are considered to be decent. The prices are about right too.

With that, based on the (little) experience I have in working with companies, the mom and pop operations seemed to be the ones most willing to provide the most attention, or perhaps I've just been lucky. Regardless, thanks for the heads up on their parts. There were no reviews on AMain for the parts I ordered so we'll see. Theyalso havea few specific ones thatno oneelse offers, so hope they are of some quality.
EDIT: They did get back quickly via email and answered my questions-so everything good so far.
