kawasaki636 what max to spend bashing or racing ofna pretty good brand for rtr 1/8 buggy also good for racing too sabre x3 the hyper ss , good
also the hyper 7 TQ there are plenty of nice rtr s that you can also race but the price will be up their 500 plus look at all brands before you make a final decision or go to a rc track to see what everyone else is using bashing and or racing ok

About every brand besides traxxas makes a nitro 1/8 buggy. Generally prices are $350-500 with various engine sizes. If you have a local shop go ask them what parts they carry and what buggy sells the best.
