Default help with stuck screw

Hello guys, I have a kyosho inferno neo and I have an issue with some screws on the front knuckles. I added some threadlocker(blue) on every screw and when I tried to unscrew them, I managed to remove them from the knuckle's threads BUT they stuck inside the collar that's between the screw and the knuckle. So I wanna ask you if there is any way to take this screw off the collar without melting the rest of the arm by heating it with a heat-gun or torch?
And one last question, could I use solder iron to heat the screw? or I'm gonna melt the rest of the plastics?

p.s.:I would post images but the forum rules don't allow me to.
Thank you in advance

Yeah I usually use a micro-torch to melt thread lock, but sometimes will use an iron if plastic is involved... still works but takes a little longer to melt the glue.
