question about mugen buggies
im in the market to buy an 1/8 scale buggy, preferrably mugen, but not the MBX-5 because of the price tag. My question is what are the differences between the MBX-4 RR, XR, and works. im thinking of one of those but i dont know how they differ and what is better for racing. plan B would be ditching the mugen and getting an Ofna hyper 7 pro.......your thoughts.
Which one of these models is best suited for racing, I dont bash so all my driving is done at the track and would be using this primarily for racing

RE: question about mugen buggies
Well if it's a matter of money...I'd say go with the Hyper 7. It costs ~ $140 less than the MBX5, accomodates a pull-start engine and is very race worthy.
The Mugen buggy comes with top-notch parts though which would add up to more than $140 if purchased separately.
I guess it just depends on your budget and if you want to use a starter box or pull-start.
