whats the difference between PCR and PBR and which one is better?

i just purchased the PBS yesterday. I searched through all the forums on ofna's website, and the consensus was that the pcr cost a wee bit more, and has a laydown servo tray. someone had posted that if you get an updated PSB, the laydown servo tray is in the package, but uninstalled. the PBS comes with the starter box.
