Default having hyper problems?

hi all just solved all my problems with my hyper in about 30 mins. I put an rb concepts carb (off road 21) and an 086 pipe with long header. The thing runs like an absolute monster. i didnt think i could get my car to go this hard. i mean when i accelerate the front wheels almost come off the ground ! The low and midrange problems are completely gone. its a whole new animal now ! cant wait to get the new wheels and tyres so i can keep traction ! lol (Hyper 8 port btw)

Yeah the hyper 8 port is a crazy fast motor when its tuned right and has a good pipe and carb on it. I had a guy running a Picco .26 ask me what motor I was running and he was supprised when I said the 8 port with the temp around 250.

A fave with hyper 21 owners is the OS 20e carb. There is a few dodgy H21 carbs around so stay off ebay and raise your chances of a decent one.

The best setup I've found so far on the Hyper 8 port is a 20E carb, Mugen 1.1 clutch springs with drilled Ofna shoes and the Ofna 063 pipe. This combination provides explosive acceleration, a smooth powerband and all the top end the 8 port is famous for.

aaah hop ups ! i couldnt believe the rb carb . put it straight on with a silicone seal and voila ! no tuning needed it just flies ! the rb carb is great because it only has 3 needles to adjust. top low and idle. that other one we all hate is gone ! lol
