After tons of research I ordered:
Kyosho Sports buggy... the almost RTR one, not the full RTR because I already have a M8 and reciever and 1 servo.
I also ordered a steering servo:
Airtronics 94358Z ERG-VR Hi-Speed/Hi-Torque 200 oz/in
I am about to order these:

I think that should get me going right?

The pipe is not a requirement, but something to enjoy down the road. The spur gear is a manditory item, however, and easy to pick up from Tower, or at your LHS. That servo should be able to stear your full size car, lol.

I got a guy thats going to sell me a K2 center LSD diff with the metal spur for $45 (NEW)
Is that a good deal? and do I need that Diff or should I just get the spur? Its like $25 at Tower i think.

While the diff may help performance slightly, it is by no means a manditory item. I am unsure of its new price, so I cannot tell you if it is a good deal or not. Personally, unless it was a steal, I would stick with only the spur gear.
