Is it still sitting on a hopbby shop shelve some where? Has anyone got a parts list to do the conversion without buying the kit?

Bad news is NO there's definitely NONE left on the shelves. You'll have to order the upgrades individually. And the best place to do this is online through AutoHausRC - talk to Christian or Dave direct, they know what they're doing.
Required Parts:
PD0567 Front upper arm/mount/end
PD1130 Lower suspension arm set, S2
PD1138 Set screw(2), 6x30 mm
PD1132 Lower hinge pin set, S2 (Order PD1243 Hinge Pin Set instead)
PD1129 Main chassis, Type B
PD0789 Chassis side guard, flat.
PD1137 Center rear drive shaft, S2.
PD0633 Drive cup(2).
PD0798 Short bumber
PD1131 Transmission case/Bulkhead, S2 (x2)
PD1139 Case/Bulkhead bottom sea (Not Mandatory - make your own)
If you all ready have ball universals installed you'll need PD1229 instead of PD1137.
Have fun, gathering up the right parts will be an adventure for you, lol.
