maybe a silly question but if you where to take all the radio gear and engine and servos out can u clean the rest of the car with a high pressure water hose? Or will water damage the other parts such as gear box etc.. other wise i was thinking can u do the same but use a high power Air Blower???

Yes you can. But I couldn't get away with that in the front room. Er indoors would tear me a new a..hole.

No, it wouldn't damage it. But it will certain eventually start to rust the bearings. You can always add grease to your gear box, but not the ball bearings. What you need to get is an air compressor to clean the car.
