Default Receiver pack run time?

I use a 1000mAh 6v receiver pack, and I was wondering what sort of run times to expect? Do you guys re-peak your batteries after every run? Or will this shorten the life of the pack?

I have had a run away due to dead receiver pack (and yes, I do have a fail safe), and I don't want it to happen again!

When I race, I peak my batterise after every1 1/2 hours, my 1100mah pack will take about 800-900mah at that time. This means that almost 2/3 of the pack is used in that time. The last thing I want to go wrong is a dead pack in the race.

You should try the mdp 1400 nimh packs that ofna offers. I have one in my buggy and my sut. The benefit? Just longer run time. If I'm not mistaken you can get them at www.nitrohouse.com find there number on the site and call them because I think they haven't posted them yet.

Get the Duratrax Piranha Digital ACDC Charger. Best Bang For the Buck on a low budget charger.
