sounds like you need to learn your buggy before you spend money on upgrades. the PBS you have is strong and very durable to learn with. all parts are interchangable with the exception of c hub related parts and pbs related parts

The stock diffs are the same between all Hyper models
Ebay would be the cheapest place to find the CNC parts
Nitrohouse has them and the PCR parts too

All of the hypers have interchangeable parts with the exclusion of the pro's suspension and tower bits. (gearbox, arms, top plates etc.)

OK Here is the biggest difference and the easy way to tell.

On the left we have the Original RTR's C-hub suspension and on the left is a PBS type. As you can probably see the PBS is easier to adjust through all 3 planes. But IMO C-hub is stronger if you have the CNC carriers (not the stock cast ones as in the pic).

As for interchangability. Almost any part from any buggy in the range will swap over. The only trouble parts are the front Chassis brace and top plate which are different between the 2 suspension types. You can swap the PBS brace and plate onto the C-hub but the other way round will not work as there is a spacer on the front gearbox for the PBS top pin holder. Also radio trays depend on servo setup and as the chassis' come pre-drilled to accept either (lay down or stand up) a swap is easily done with a few extra bits for either.
