ive recently got my buggy back out of hiding and decided that i wanted to fix it. the problem i had was that i couldn't pull the recoil starting system. so i have that off the engine block now and was wondering if any one could give some tips on how to put it back on the poper way, so that problem will hopefully be fixed. open to suggestions.
