Default Need Help tuning engine

Just picked up the Mayhem RTR kit. i raced electrics for years and decided to switch over to nitro. Well i only see a HSN and LSN but i keep reading about an idle adjustment screw also. Is there one on this setup? The idle is VERY erratic. It goes full tilt sometimes and then stays calm sometimes. What do i need to look for in a proper tune? i can't go to the hobby shop unitl saturday because i have work until then. Any help or links or anything will be greatly appreciated.

Hi there here is a link that has a pic of a carby, its all captioned. http://www.reidrc.com/Settings/firstrun.htm

Welcome to nitro by the way, its not as hit and miss as electric. Nitro engines are a whole other animal. Your problem sounds like an air leak in your fuel tubing.. erratic idle can be caused by air bubbles in the fuel line. Or the seal on your carby may be leaking. check these out before you go changing settings too much

cheers
