R/C on TLC

R/C on TLC
Hey guys, on TLC's new show Monster Nation, they had a 5 min segment on R/C stuff. They showed Monster GT's lots of Losi 1/10 scale buggys and trucks and some rc10 GT's. I thought it was cool because it had been a while since I'd seen anything R/C on T.V. (I don't get DIY) so I figured I'd tell ya'll about it. There wern't any 1/8 scales though[:'(], it would have been freaking cool to see a couple K-cars, some Ofnas and some Mugens racing across the screen. lol.
At the end of the segment, they tried to mount an on-board camera to a Losi XXX-NT, but it came loose and tumbled across the track. heh.[8D]

That is cool. I went to see "Ray" the Ray Charles movie this past weekend, and I look up at the movie screen and see a Losi XXX-nt. I was so excited. It was a HobbyTown advertisement. I thought that was really cool, because it seems that the world isn't in tune to the greatest hobby on this planet. I often ask people that has no knowlege of RC, "what in the heck do you do to stay sane?"
