my hyper 7 pbs is loaded with hop-ups and it runs absolutely awesome but its time for new brakes. the stock dual brakes aren't cuttin it anymore. what do you guys recomend for better brakes? should i go quad? should i just buy new pads for the stock setup? tell me what you think and what all i'd need to buy to get goin, thanks.

ALL U need to do is tighten the 4 screws that hold the brake pads together. the brake cam only moves the pads by about a small distance so if they are too far apart they will never work. [8D]

i cant imagine why people want to improve on hyper brakes when the stock brakes lock the wheels, if you tighten them up and still no good i would look at what throttle, brake servo ur using.

MrSavage- I thought I had craddock brakes on that thing. I might be wrong but I thought they were on it. If not just get some craddocks and your set. And when using craddock brakes don't use the pads- just the metal.

Yea- brakes do get a lot of heat/stress. I havent melted one yet but I imagine that its common and expected. Craddocks are the best brakes out there though.
