Tomo Lupus and Tomo Sandmaster
The Sandmaster is from 1980 and the lupus from 1983
The lupus dominated the European 1:8 off-road championships in 1981, but it was chanceless against the 4wd-cars that came later.
The Lupus has a strange drive trough belts inside the suspension arms, I haven´t seen that before or after.
I would like to know what happened to the company after 1984, the cars disapperd from the market at that time, and also if there were any earlier Tomo cars.

RE: Tomo Lupus and Tomo Sandmaster
Tomo made another buggy around that time. It was the Sonic buggy. It came in two versions. I still have one waiting a bevel gear, which was the weak link, for the rebuild. The Sonic buggy shared many of the suspension parts. The body was typical dune buggy of that era. It has ball bearing throughout and handled fine.
I believe the company went out of business and I was not able to locate any source for spare parts since.
