I have an xb8 and am building it. i live 1500 miles from the nearest hobby shop so i had to order evrything. My first problem is i got an airtronics sanwa MX-3 fm radio. The servos i got are futuba S3003 for throttle and S9402 for steering. anyway the servo plugs dont plug into the reciever. the reciver says it takes "Z" plugs. is there any way of modifing the plugs to fit or should i get new ones. The plugs look like if i cut a tab off the side it would work.
My secong problem is that i got an OFNA Picco .26 engine with pull start because i am going to bash for another year then move to a place with a track so i can race and i will get a new engine. Anyways the motor mounts that come with the XB8 wont work and i cant even modify the mounts to make it fit. Is there anyway i can use this engine or will i have to get an engine without a pull start?

Servos: Just cut off the tabs, i'll work fine. Futaba made the tabs so you won't insert it wrongly.
As with teh engine: i doubt a pullstart engine will fit without major modifing. probally higher engine mounts ???
but yeh, all top buggies are usually non pulstart only.
hope that helps clear out some troubles
