How to convert a Kyosho LSD diff to regular
I have read somewhere that this can be done.
I guess all you need is the four different gears that go inside as well as the different size shafts that hold the foue gears inside.
I did build the ones on my mp77 sp1, and I'm pretty sure that will be all I need
Where can I get these gears and rods and is there anything else that I am missing?

ebay is probably the best/cheapest way to get them. All you need is the standard diffs guts and swap them into your TCD. Although they are cheap enough on ebay you might just want to get the whole thing off there (standard diff) and keep both of them intact for faster switching at the track.

I'm going to do what Skyline said and simply buy a full set so I can switch quickly between the two. The ebay prices that I've seen really aren't that bad at all for the entire diff.

RE: How to convert a Kyosho LSD diff to regular
I found the hardware I need to convert to a standard diff. Tower hobbies had all of it, and it only cost about $18 with shipping to do it.
If i ever need a LSD, all i have to do is buy another diff case and gear for about $20.
