Default Fouling Plugs

Hi im stumped !! i have an Andy Brown Mod Mac 21 have raced it , taken care of it, had about 7 litres through it and it ran flawlessly.. now for whatever reason it keeps Fouling plugs.. ie i put a new plug in it runs for a min then it dies.. it will stay on with the igniter in but as soon as you take it off she dies.. Checked the whole engine over, havent changed tuning , or fuel or anything.. now it just fouls plugs.. im stumped.. sounds like i may need a new rod but im not sure .. what do you think ?

That Odd, you're giving glow plug advise in the other thread, but you can't figure out your own problem?
I guess you need to answer all the basic questions
What plug is fouling?
What fuel are you using?
what do the plugs look like comming out of the engine?
When it is running how hot is the engine?
Any compression when it's hot?

7 liters??? that thing should be just getting nice,, what did you do to it?

yeah well its a mystery, but for sure its not the plug. its the engine fouling the plug. Ive tried 4 different new plugs and withing 30 seconds of run time the plug fails.. when i pull it out its still silver, slightly oily.. the engine dosent even get a chance to get hot.. just normal for 30 seconds of run time..

Compression is still great in the engine
Im running a custom blend at 27 nitro, same fuel ive been running all along.. i think i have to call Andy and ask his advise..

Well all I could guess is over compression,,
but that ussually is evident by a deformed filiment as well,,
Coming out shinny but don't work? that is odd
can see if any of the filiment are broken?

Very odd that it would work for 7 liters then all the sudden not
Have you tried shimming the head

Good luck
