pull out your glow plug, connect your glow ignitor to make sure it still lights up bright orange. if it doesn't, replace it.

Whole day????....

Maybe you over primed?.Too much fuel in the motor.

Take glow plug out.
Turn buggy upside down
Turn Flywheel a few rounds and let the piston push all the access fuel out from the glowplug hole.

[ messy job but fast :P ]

Replace plug back in and go..???

do as zimzalahbim suggests. If it doesn't glow try your ignitor on new plug before you trash the other one. Your ignitor could be dead. If you weed the glow plug issues out and it still doesn't start, take your air filter off and makes sure your carb isn't closed. There should be about a 1mm gap on the right side of the slide.
