get someone that can weld and drill a small hole where its dented and use a dent puller and pull it back out. be carefull not to rip it. it wont take much, then have him spot weld the small hole back in. then you can dremmel the weld down to make it all pretty again.

did you plug up the holes in the pipe before putting in the freezer ? sanyways sounds like you need to put a pencil on your exhaust and pull it back straight..

zzman is right.
You will need to play mini panel beater for a while.
Ice really doesnt expant that much from water when frozen, so it would only work for the smallest of dents.

When I raced dirtbikes, a local guy used to fix dented twostroke pipes, because dents can render the power of a twostroke. He used to plug one end of the pipe with a cork and the other with a hole just big enough for a air nozzle to be inserted well anyways you heat up the area with a torch and then shoot burts of air into the pipe pushing the dents back out. But it can be dangerous and the heat would probaly ruin the finish on your pipe. but if you dont care about the finish then try it. It always worked for us.

hey, thanks for answering,in response to your question, i did plug the holes but with no result, what i did was put in a screwdriver in the exhaust and pull gently( a dent was still there but smaller ) but could'nt avoid cracking it so i just put some epoxic glue to seal the crack,i'm gonna put it together this saturday and try it before the race. my e-mail is [email protected] if you use the messenger to chat....see ya friends!!
