has anyone raced on astro turf?
my club is putting down astro turf, and i would like to know if you have run on it before,
if so what tyres work on it.
does it have alot of grip?
and what set ups do you use on it, i have a hyper 7 with 3 standard diffs, any oil recomendations would be great.
should i put in a torsens
my track has a few jumps and table tops in it,also quite bumpy in places.
can you help please.

Hobao Angle spikes, worn down preferably (keep those old sets or buy others off them cheap)
You can run thicker diff oil coz of the massive grip, run the ride height low as possible , stiff anti roll bars, and depending on the bumpiness harder shocks and shock oil..
Watch out for traction rool

This the Kent club?

The astroturf at our track has just been relaid and its got alot of sand in it, in the wet I'd use angle spikes but they give too much grip roll in the dry so I've been using jollys.
