The manual said 4-5 turns out on the high speed needle valve. The moter barley runs with that setting, ill give it throttle and it just loads up, after i let off then it revs up and leaps forward, im a newb at this so please !! any help would awsome

Lean the Low speed needle (clockwise rotation) until it will stay idling. Is this your first tank thtrough it?

The engine will definately load up. I guess your still running it in. I had the same with mine and did a little research. My best advice is to lean it half a turn on the HSN. Through my experience this is perfectly ok . My engine is still great. The company sends them out set far to rich and the instructions for the needle setting turns are wrong but havent been updated. you will have problems tuning the hyper 21. the carbs are hit and miss...
